If your Toyota Sienna was manufactured from 1998 through 2003, it uses a large center cap. It is about 6.8 inches in diameter and covers the lug nuts on the rims. The cap is round, silver, and has the Toyota emblem stamped in the center.

Toyota moved to a much smaller cap for Siennas made after 2003. They are 2.5 inches in diameter and dont cover the lug nuts. There are two styles of cap that are very similar. One is round and silver. It has a raised chrome emblem in the center. This style is available on model years from 2004 through 2010.

Either a screwdriver or a special removal tool can be used to pry off the small or large caps. If youre removing a cap that you want to use again, you might want to put tape over the tool so it wont scratch the finish.

When you are ready to replace the cap, it just snaps in from the front. You may need to give it a couple of sharp raps with your hand to make the clips on the back click into place.
