The phone was a great deal in price compared to buying one from the phone store. Even though it is refurbished you wouldn't know it by looking at it or in it's performance. Less than half the price of a new one in the box. Battery life is so so much longer than my old phone. Goes three days before needing a recharge. Took a bit to get used to the format and lay out of the apps. But It's still a work in progress learning all the features on it. Only dislike has little to do with the phone as much as it has to do with the apps. When you find an app that you want to use it usually has three or more other appts that it insist must be up loaded also. The legal descriptions of use by samsung and the apps available is mind blowing, but that being said I had to take my time trying the apps and deleting the ones not being used. I was slightly upset with the notice of some of the apps Samsung had been using would be dropped this year. Other than that the phone is great. Slippery as the dickens so it's a must to get some type of jacket for it or you will find it slipping out of your hands. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 9.

Great device, capable of high quality photos. My only concern is the battery is not easily replaceable. It would take a technician to remove the back cover, circuit boards and harnesses to install a new one. (Yes, I watched a video on that.) Be sure to go into your settings on the battery and have the charging set to a limit of 85% to prolong battery life. The speakers are also an improvement over my last Samsung J7. I love the 6 1/2" screen size but be advised the charging port is different than what older phones have but you don't have to worry about which side of the plug is up. It also doubles as the headphone jack so it will require a separate adapter for a standard 1/8" stereo plug.

I was so pleased to find a standard S20 after lots of online searching, given that they're out of stock from Samsung and pretty much every other retailer, and to get one for this price (and in the color I wanted!) was even better. Phone arrived quickly and in brand new condition and has been great so far. It's noticeably bigger than my S10e so I'm glad I didn't settle for one of the even larger models. The screen res and camera options are awesome. I got a little nervous because it needed to do so many system updates initially but once it got through those (7?) it's been good to go.

Got it for cyber Monday so it had a 80$ off coupon and at first I Wasn't sure what to expect and my hopes honestly weren't very high at such a low price point (315$ for a $20 5G) but i was WRONG! the device is basically in brand new condition wise other than some minor scratches that aren't even noticeable in normal scenarios, Plus i got the snapdragon model which isn't even available in CA & maxed out at 12 gigs of ram! (Basically the highest end version of the $20 5G) I am very happy with my purchase this is the best 315$ l've ever spent, THANK YOU!!

Love Samsung products. M y s9 plus data and apps transferred flawlessly to my new S20. The price of the S20 is s little pricey starting at $999 for the base model; however I was able to get this one with 12GB ram (a s 8GB) and for only $749. Atbtaht price, it is definitely worth it. I like the S20's smaller size too as it has a 6.2 in screen vs 6.7 with the plus model. This phone is perfect for my needs and the fact that it has 5G and snapdragon 865 processor is great. Pictures are vibrant and video is super clear.

Great phone. Did some comparison with S22 and S23 and other than S22 and S23 having a bit better main camera this phone is the same performance and battery life as S22 and S23. What I like is that I can put up to 1000Gb memory card (Micro SD) on this phone but cannot on S22 or S23. Currently got a 256 Gb in it. Also it has 12 Gb of RAM. And was able to upgrade Android to version 13 which is the latest version and same as S23. Overall this phone is great and did not break the wallet.

Very pleased with this device. Upgraded from a Galaxy 7 with a battery that was approach EOL. A lot of people complained about the lack of an expansion memory MicroSD and only 128GB of storage. But compared to my prior phones, this is more than enough for me. In general, this is a fantastic phone that is selling for a reasonable price, especially if you have a trade-in to offer. Yes, the hyper-sensitive techies will care about the concessions in this model for most of us "normal" users, the trade-offs won't mean much in terms of day to day use.

Even though it is not a latest Samsung Galaxy phone version, it beats S21 by some parameters, e.g. screen resolution and micro SD card slot presence. It is a great phone, and I wanted a smaller phone (6.2"), thus S20 FE, S20+ and S20 Ultra were not an option for me. The price was really attractive, it was open box, but absolutely new and unused item in ideal condition. It took a bit longer time to arrive than I've expected, but taking into the consideration the holiday season and Covid19, it was understandable.

I love this S20 5G 128gb/12g RAM. It's very reasonable price at excellent performance. I wish the battery would last longer. I have been using Samsung products for years and I always put them in real good used. I have used S9+ it got stolen, then I changed to A32 5G for a few months. I did not like it much except the battery, it held til the end of day for me it's a good battery because I'm a heavy user.

Product came exactly as described: zero visible flaws or scratches, everything in working order, and with ~90% battery health. The phone itself is powerful and slightly smaller than most I see these days. It fits comfortably in my pocket, has ample power for all the most recent apps, and can hold a charge for up to two days. Just be sure to get a screen protector asap because the screen is very susceptible to scratching. Otherwise, fantastic.

I bought this phone because it has flagship specs and--with the release of the S21--it was cheaper than even higher-end mid-rangers (read, Pixel 5). It's a sleek and beautiful looking phone. I love that it's thicker than phones used to be and doesn't require a case to add bulk for it to be more comfortable to hold when I'm using it. And the battery life is phenomenal. Overall, I'm sure all the specs are great and I love the high-end screen (that's mostly why I wanted it), but it's a bit long in my opinion. It's good for fitting more icons per home screen, but it can be a little problematic when playing games. So far I've only played this one trucking game I love, but I definitely find it harder to handle on this phone than on my S6 Edge because the screen is so much longer and has no bezels to rest my fingers on. As far as streaming goes, if the phone's too wide for the picture you just get black bars on the sides, which defeats the purpose of the larger screen. Frankly, I'd much prefer a shorter (and slightly wider) phone. But, my biggest complaint about this phone is the lack of control I have over how the proprietary software works. Between Verizon and Samsung, the phone is full of bloatware, and deleting these apps or removing their permissions is not allowed. For example, Bixby has been granted permission to use location, storage, camera, contacts, microphone and phone without any option for me to deny these permissions or remove Bixby altogether, even if I don't use it. It just says, "Device requires this permission to operate" for every one, which is a cop-out BS excuse by any measure, since literally every other non-Samsung Android phone can work without Bixby or its permissions. Likewise, I use my phone on Tracfone and I periodically get a notification that the SIM card is not a Verizon SIM card. Going into this notification's settings, the option to turn it off is greyed-out, so I am sentenced to dismissing this BS reminder every couple days for however many years I have this phone. And Google has this annoying requirement that if you use what they term a "secondary tier authentication modality" (i.e. the fingerprint reader), every 72 hours you will have to enter your password or passcode ("primary tier authentication modality") in order to unlock the phone, whether you want to or not, with no way to change or remove this requirement except for going with no security at all. They say it's for "additional security", but that's a BS excuse, too. Now, there is no doubt that I paid good money for this phone and I OWN it outright. As the owner of the hardware, I should have the ultimate say in how that hardware is used--not Google, not Samsung, not Verizon. Greyed-out permission toggles should never be allowed or tolerated. I have purposely avoided upgrading to a new phone for the last few years precisely because I didn't want to have to deal with this type of encroachment on my property rights and autonomy by Big Tech. The S20 may be an eye-dazzling powerhouse, but it's self-defeating shortcomings and outright disrespect of my personal space is a deal-breaker. I loved my S6 Edge, but with the changes Google has made to Android in the past few years and Samsung's insistence on polluting my phone with bloatware, this phone has single-handedly ruined Samsung and Android for me, and I will never again buy another Samsung phone. Maybe the Android experience is more amenable from a "less-bloated" manufacturer or on the pure-Android of a Google Pixel, but between Samsung and Verizon's hijacking my permission controls and Google's "Big Brother" approach to security, I think I'll dump this phone and get an iPhone...and I hate Apple.

I had info from my other phone transfered to this one but i don t think they knew what they were doing...I had to straighten out a lot of things on it to make it usable it is very finikey but am slowly getting used to it..It s always hard to turn off at the end of the day..I usually have to try about 3 or 4 times before i can get the power button to come on...

Its a bit smaller than my old S8+ which makes it hard for a bigger guy like me to type. Also, they put the front camera as part of the screen so now it distracts me qhen I am surfing the qeb because this camera is literally part of the screen, looking at me. Other than that its ok. Wouldnt recommend it though. Weird design.

The bottom left side of the fone is too sensitive. Texting is almost futile, because the keypad decides what is presented resulting in too many corrections. Holding the fone in various positions doesn't help either, and it's slippery! Otherwise i suppose it's an improvement. Update just altered the typing screen location away from the side!
