    This is a steal.

    Since the note 7 fiasco i have been looking at what to get to replace my older growing note 3 i wanted to stick with the not series because they check all the boxes for my needs. So far this phone is great aside from two things ill get that in a minute. When i first got the phone it arrived as they describe the box is open but the phone is brand new all they did to it was add a screen protector to it i couldn't tell if it was glass or a hard plastic but I didn't really care either as i took it off immediately not that it wasn't nice to receive one but i normally just dont use them on my phones as they feel funny to my fingers. The phone as i said before is literally brand new as far as I can tell not dings no scratches and the device didnt have any sneaky scratches on the plastic pit at the charger. Now for the two small or one problem since i did fix the other one. The first being that at first the bluetooth did not work at all nothing wanted to connect nothing wanted to find my device. I fixed this with a soft reset. The second problem is that Samsung pay does not want to work due to it saying that there have been unauthorized changes to the device. I then had sprint even reimage the phone as they called it by putting the new version of android on there. it didnt work. but over all i am not to upset about it as most of the stores around me dont support samsung pay or even apple pay and whatever else there is we are just now getting chip support. A small issue to mention is that my s pen was a tiny pit broken at first by not activating the screen off memo thing but then again i didnt use it. my pen did break after like a weak but i think it was more due to me playing with the clicking mechanism which just pushed that peice away from the pen body but i was able to fix it only the super glue dried to fast and the end cap didnt get all the way down so i just ordered a new one. Overall i am happy with this purchase it saved me 400 dollars even with buying the pen and activation was free. I would definitely recommend this to friends. When i called the customer service they even offered to take the phone back and switch it one for another one which took me by surprise but it was definitely good.

    great phone and a great Buy

    I've had this phone for a long time now and just now getting around to writing review. I think since I've had it for over a year I can write a pretty accurate review. It's been my favorite phone in the last seven or so that I've had. I don't use the stylus as much as I thought I would it's just kind of nice to have. But it has an adequate battery life and has a nice feel in the hand. Not too big not too small when I can do everything I need to do on this phone. I Think of You by the same phone you'll be very pleased.

    Great Smartphone, rivals current smartphones

    With the realities of the Galaxy Note7, I went for the note 5. Turns out that it wasn't a bad trade off. I wouldn't even call it a downgrade. This phone is fantastic. The note7 has some nice little features that overall make it a better phone, but I have to recommend the note 5 because it is such a solid phone. The biggest flaw lies in it's battery life, which struggles to make it through a full day of use. The note7 could make a full day plus some. Note 5 overall is still an amazing device even though it is over a year old

    Perfect for me!

    I have tried to adapt to two other types of phones, one by Motorola (DROID) and the other an LG (V10) and quickly grew disenchanted with both. They both advertised the best of everything a cell phone could have or be but having always had a Samsung phone I think I got spoiled. Samsung constantly surprises and delights me with everything it has and can do. I will not experiment again and will always opt for any Samsung product. Vickie

    Awesome Purchase

    When I ordered and received my Samsung Note 5 I was pleasantly surprised. It came on time and was brand new as expected. The only problem I had with it was that I did not know that I was getting a screensaver! It came partially attached. I took it off and got lent all over it before I realized that it was a usable screensaver...Bummer! Other than my own blunder I am very happy with my new phone :)

    Beautiful metal and glass gold phone, with an amazing large screen.

    I bought this as a back-up phone, in case my iPhone ever goes missing. I use it to read the news every morning, since the screen real estate is almost 40% larger than my iPhone 6s. it's got an amazing AMOLED screen, but it's too big to carry around on a daily basis. I'm also tied into the Apple ecosystem, so I like getting all of my text messages and emails on all three of my Apple devices.

    Awesome super awesome Galaxy Note 5 phone.

    Super Amoled 5.7inch screen Multi tasking features Wireless fast charge and cable fast charge capabilities Stylus for fast and great productivity HDR camera quality is on point Negatives; Unremovable battery. No micro SD slot. The only reason I bought it was Note 7 was canceled and can't wait till September for Note 8 to come out and I am upgrading from Note 4 basically I no other options make no mistake this phone is perfect and flawless.

    Competitive Value

    Compared to my S5; the Note 5 is faster, smoother, and more user friendly. I like the pen feature as my finger often miss the correct keyboard pick. The battery life is fine; but it would be nice if it could be easily replaced and the 64 Gigs could be a limitation to some, but not in my normal use case. When you consider this was $800 in 2014; it is a bargain at around $200.

    Unlocked Galaxy Note 5

    These are the best phones ever in my opinion! They have a big screen and its very clear. I have had my phones in the past and this phone just fits better! Its has pretty good battery life and the 64gb storage is more than enough for me and i have a ton of apps! Its just a all around good phone. I dont have any complaints about this phone!

    Actually got a really good phone

    Was skeptical at first buying a used phone. Decided to just purchase it anyways. Purchased a used galaxy note 5, shown to be in excellent condition. One very minor cosmetic flaw was found but it's covered by the case anyways. I've used it for a month now without any issue at all. All i can say is thanks for selling me a great phone.
