In celebration of the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, Jordan released the Air Jordan 31 Olympic colorway sneakers. This patriotic red, white, and blue mid-top incorporates a white leather upper as its base. A white leather heel transforms into a Flyweave forefoot that fades into a Deep Royal Blue. A subtle Nike Swoosh fades into each side panel, while an oversize University Red "Jumpman" logo accentuates each lateral heel. University Red appears again on the toe and heel of the midsole as well as the eyelets. Deep Royal Blue shows itself once more on the side portions of the midsole, on the inner sock liner, and again on the sole with the "Jumpman" logo.
