This card under $300 is a great value. A GTX 1070ti is definitely a better buy vs the GTX 2070. For the cost of a 2070, you may as well buy a 1080ti which will outperform the 2070 and has more vram. There aren't much more benefits that the average gamer will get by shelling out $200 more for a 1080ti either. If you're a gamer playing at 1080p, this is the best bang for your buck. Higher than 1080p gaming, then yea get a 1080ti.

The 1070 TI is a great graphics card to have in your PC in 2019. Powerful performance in any game you throw at it - I game in 1440p and high settings and this card rocks! Pick one up and take your PC to the next level in gaming!

Not only is this card fairly quiet (considering it has a single, small fan), but it can overclock pretty well too, not that you're going to need to overclock it anyways if you're playing at 1440p or lower. I have no complaints.
