Great card for the price
I was a little worried after reading the reviews, so I prepared myself to have to clean these cards and reapply thermal paste, but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The 3 cards I recieved could have passed for new out of the box. The had the driver disk and the original "getting started" pamphlet. The only thing not included was the original boxes. I installed the first one in my wife's computer yesterday. It works very well at 4k on the desktop, but my 4k tv was limited to 30hz so I dropped it down to 1440 and was able to play Elder Scrolls and Paladins both at 1440 with no issues. the poerformance and responsiveness felt as good as my gtx1060 which is limited to 1080p by the monitor I have for it. The RX580 and the GTX1060 are pretty similar in performance overall, where the 1060 pulls ahead in some games, but the 580 pulls ahead as a good compute card, and has slightly better fps in easy games like smite or minecraft. This would be a great card for someone who wants 1080p or 1440p entry level gaming on medium to high settings depending on the game, and also wants to do a little more with their PC when they aren't gaming.

Fairly quiet, stable performance, and runs very cool.
Very well priced even for a refurbished item. Have had no problems after getting it set up. This is not the 1411 mhz model, as the base clock is set to 1350 mhz. I have a stable OC on it at 1450 mhz and 2200mhz on the memory with +12 mv and maxed out available power. Could likely go higher, but I am happy with performance and temps where it is now. As a reference, this will let you play Rise of the tomb raider at 1080p with every setting on high and all options on, between 50 and 60 fps. Games like warframe have much higher fps with all settings on high, sadly I only have a 60hz monitor so I can't comment on how well this does at higher fps. The fans are audible, but not at all distracting when it really ramps up. I have average air flow in my case with a fairly aggressive gpu fan curve and temps stay below 62 C which is a very safe temperature.

Brings New Life to My Old Mac
I paired the Sapphire RN+RX 580 8GB with a Sonnet 350 breakaway box and it runs perfectly. It is smooth, quiet and fast. I have the entire system connected to a 2012 Mac Mini and the improvement in speed is outstanding. It does not come with Mac drivers, so you must use Mojave if you have new Mac with a thunderbolt 3 port or use an open source patch to allow it to work with older Macs like mine. This video card just gave new life to my old Mac. I would say it will extend the life of my old Mac for another 5 years.

Great card at a great price
Great card for the price. If you're going to be gaming at 1080p 60fps this card is still relevant in 2019. If using for an HTPC build, I feel it might be a little overkill but YMMV. Handles all my games with ease, as stated 1080p 60ps high/ultra settings...if intended for 1440p you may have to turn settings down some. Condition of the card was very good (still had the plastic wrapping on the metal), re-applied thermal paste, set a fan curve and it doesn't go above 65c. Great buy for a gaming build or just everyday use!

Great card for the price
Haven't pushed it too hard yet but it was delivered quickly and in perfect shape. It's a good choice if getting an RX580 for sure. Only con is that the black plastic cover on the bottom feels very cheap. The metal back plate on the top is solid and the part of the card you actually see and the sapphire logo having RGB to change colour based on temperature or fan speed is a cool plus if you have a window case.

Excellent Value!
This replaced a 3GB AMD graphics card in my MacPro 5,1. After upgrading to High Sierra the old 5,1 macs can now read RX 580's (and RX 590's for that matter) natively, you just lose your apple boot screen. Runs super quiet, sometimes fans don't even need to spin. Night and day difference in the noise factor. Runs video super well, YouTube defaults to 4K and runs it effortlessly. Definitely a great value. Mac or PC users can't go wrong.

8GB GPU vs 2GB GPU: You Do The Math
I bought an 8GB RX 580 GPU so I could play certain games. I haven't bought them yet. It replaced a 2GB card. Since installing it, I've noticed a real difference in the system's general performance. I didn't think the non-gaming things I do were that much graphics oriented, but the CPU and GPU have apparently been doing their separate things better. The games I have been playing certainly look nicer. Looking forward to getting the other games.

Excellent older gpu that still performs as good as a new 1.
This gpu far surpassed my expectations. Initially the install was smooth going from the RX580 4gb to this because the drivers were already installed. It was a little quirky from the start up but once my system recognized the difference This gpu blew the other out of the water. Smooth graphics and better rendering time, games that used to lag slightly run beautifully. Sapphire Nitro+ Rx580 8Gb... If you didn't know Now you know.

Awesome GPU!
Rx 580 4gb. Great card. Runs 1080p minecraft with all shader settings max at a nice 80 fps (good enough for my 1080p 60hz monitor). I'm lucky to have gotten this card (even used) for $139 considering the state of the gpu market in 2020-2021. I've had no issues with the drivers and it runs nice and quiet. Looks great in my pc. I totally recommend this video card for 1080p gaming

AMD: Water Cooling ALWAYS Needed LOL.
I did testing with stock product and it performed as I thought. I have enough experience to know AMD products. I transferred my cooler and bracket over, auto OCed the card to 1491 MHz and now need an 8K HDMI or DP to hit the max resolution of 5K. Just gotta dial back the torque on the mounting screws and blammo!!! So all is well and I can run 4K all day.
